KV Ramachandran (Chairman) is an alumni of REC Warangal (B.Tech) and IIT- Delhi (M.Tech). He served the Indian Navy and Defense Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), in different capacities, for nearly two decades. He has rich experience in the areas Project Management, Customer Relations Management, Technology & Knowledge Management, Management of Offshore Development Centers & Business Units, Quality Consulting and Human Resource Development. He has supported a number of start-up ventures in advisory capacity. Passionate about contributing to Society and the Environment through creation of a continuously growing (Kaizen) business empire that shall be admired by all stakeholders.
C. Sebastian (Managing Director) is a post graduate (M.Tech) in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Kanpur with over 25 years of Operational and Managerial experience. Strength areas include building and maintaining high performance teams, customer relationship management and ODC management. Prior to launching Aayur, was working with Siemens, as the Head of the Development Team for a Healthcare IT Product (Hospital ERP solution) with customers in India and abroad. Has served in Indian Navy in many capacities and also in DRDO.
Roy Jacob (Director) is a Mechanical Engineer with 27 years experience in Aviation industry, dealing with aircraft maintenance and material management of various types of wide bodied aircrafts. Has expertise in various types of aircrafts, engines, equipment and systems and rich experience in dealing with OEMs, MROs, component repair agencies, suppliers and other operators.
SD Shenoy (Director Business Development) is an Electronics and Communication graduate from Govt. College of Engineering, Kannur. Has 15 years of Operational and Managerial experience. Was instrumental in building ATS Designs Pvt Ltd, Bangalore as General Manager Operations prior to joining Aayur. Headed the Business Development activities in Trident Infosol Hyderabad for three years. Served in the Indian Navy for seven years as Short Service Commissioned Officer and worked in Naval Dockyard Mumbai & Viskhapatnam in various roles. Expertise include business development as well as design and production of Rugged electronics systems.
Kiran K Jyothis (Director Technical) is a Computer Science graduate from VIT, Bangalore (1991). Worked with M/S Systems Aids for 10 years and was involved in design of systems & sub-systems for simulators, as well as systems installation and commissioning. Prior to joining Aayur, was working with M/S Trident Infosol as Manager Designs and developed many data acquisition and process controls sub-systems under different form factors like PCI, cPCI, VME and PMC. Also headed the application support and custom solutions division for the country. Expertise include project execution, system integration for rugged electronics, handling technologies of multiple products/vendors from different countries.
